How it works
- Schedule
We pick up every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after 4:00pm. We do not pick up on weekends. If you drop off your clothes in the bin on the weekend, we'll pick up the following Monday.
- Pick Up
Drop off your laundry in the blue Tide bin in one of the residences listed below. It will be returned to you in the bin where you dropped it off. Bins can be found in the following residences: North Russell, South Russell, Heritage House, Brooks College, Penland, Collins, Alexander, Earle, and Teal.
- Clean
We clean with 10-step process that treats your clothes with the meticulous care they get at home.
- Deliver
Our estimated delivery date is the next service day after we pickup. We do not deliver on weekends.
